Metalwork![]()
Barrel manufacture starts out using only the highest grade gun steel to forge chopper lump tubes which are cut and bored/rifled using the traditional methods which have been passed down from one generation to the next.

Joining the barrels to the action, which is especially designed for each specific gun, requires the utmost precision and skill of our internationally renowned master gunsmiths – the result will determine the durability of the gun which is expected to last for generations in perfect condition.

The key technical processes of the gunsmith’s craft are the assembly of the gun, including crafting the lock, the forend, the safety and the trigger mechanism – all individually made for each weapon - and eventually the carving of the outer shape. Steel is sculpted artfully with fine chisels into sharp lines and graceful arcs lending an individual form to each - never to be achieved with modern mass production techniques.
